GFED TaaS (Team-as-a-Service) is a flexible model that can be customized to fit your business needs. We offer a variety of team configurations, so you can choose the one that best meets your requirements.

A typical scrum team looks like this

If you need a managed service, we can provide a whole team for you to work with. In this model, you provide the Product Owner and we fill the other roles.

If you already have certain roles filled, we can also provide a mixed team model. In this model, we provide a technical architect and developers to augment an existing scrum team.

For larger organizations, we can also add our team as an additional separate team to an existing scrum of scrums or spotify model setup.

The above models are just examples of how we can work together. We are flexible and open to other process setups if you have a preferred methodology apart from Agile Scrum.
